Abstract

This paper approaches a few important sources of difficulties in the field of organizational communication. From the times of Fayol and Taylor until now, regardless of the way we theorize about the structure and the functions of an organization, the scholars have always pointed out towards these shortcomings, which have influenced both the economical process and the way we see the organizations. These difficulties (obstacles) come from the formal and the informal aspects of communication, and they comprise, as important sources, the level, the type, the quality of the interactions between the members of the organization, the management process, the organizational culture and climate and, last but not least, the degree of globalization.
