Abstract

In this paper I will discuss Marion’s approach of the breakthrough of the Logical Investigations drawing on the way it determines the positive and negative approach of the entire Husserlian phenomenology. First, I will sketch Heidegger’s and Derrida’s interpretations on the matter of the “breakthrough”. Afterward, I will show how Marion opposes and overcomes these two readings, and what is the new interpretation that he proposes. In the end, I shall refer to Dieter Lohmar in order to test and clarify Marion’s interpretation, and I shall draw some conclusions on the relation between Marion and Husserlian phenomenology
