Abstract

Once we started the training program regarding the profile of the social workers working with families and children in problem situations, we established a group of local trainers for the program. Thus, we focused our interest on applying this new component to the social intervention field, on the profile developed by the trainers and on their contributions to the existent practices, as well as on the dynamics they create as  both social workers and local trainers. Holding this double role, they transmit their knowledge, know-how, and experience throughout the presentation of various modules and the accompanying actions.
