Abstract

To realize the aspirations political, scientific and educational project of European higher education, students, scientists and education system must become more open and networking knowledge.We propose here a reflection on the foundations and principles of the Bologna process and see what issues and challenges facing the University, teachers and students. In this perspective, and taking as reference the case of Portugal, we present the progress with the adjustments, reforms and larger questions about the new model LMD (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate) and philosophy of the european higher education.
