n the context of African countries, the requests for social interventions are more and more numerous and diverse. In spite of the presence of some social interventions designed for them, their situation remains unchanged. Thus, the social intervention is rarely seen as leading to development. This justifies the low importance given to it even by the national bugets. Every human action should lead to development in terms of the growing of an organism, organ, in terms of evolution, expantion, progres, or to help the organism eliberate from the more inferior, material, and egoist needs. If intervention does not lead to development, this is explained less by its essence and more by the way it carries itself. Here, we raise the question of the methodology designed for social intervention. The insuficient participation of those who view the social intervention as a solution for their problems could be a major cause for this situation. Indeed, without the participation of those in need, an intervention cannot lead to development and it can only help with the fullfiling of some needs, without increasing the compentencies of these people and without modifying their situation. To succesfully facilittae this participation, it is not enough to know the theories regarding participation. First, we need to create and know very well the specific instruments of the various field practices. In this article, I will describe the instruments that we have experimented in 7 Congoleze areas, along with their successes and limitations.Fișiere adiționale
