We invite interested colleagues and practitioners to submit specialized articles, based on retrospective and future analyzes, whereby to identify the main characteristics and trends of human resources management. Empirical research, theoretical papers that investigate different perspectives and any researches with multiple levels of analysis focused on HRM practices are welcome.
The deadline for submission of articles is 10th of October 2020.
Publication language: English (with abstracts in Romanian, French and English).
We encourage authors who are ready to share their views and findings to submit their papers to: an-soc-as@uaic.ro, camelia.medeleanu@uaic.ro and nicoleta.moron@uaic.ro.
