Abstract

This paper intends to discuss some important features of communication within the information society. Since the Internet allows people to interact beyond spatial borders, the communicational protocols in this virtual space are different from traditional ones. The paper focuses on the problem of communicational identity in a highly interactive medium in which privacy becomes increasingly problematic.
