This study explores the well-being of breast cancer patients in Tehran, Iran, employing the WHOQOL instrument to analyze various quality of life dimensions. The research adopts a cross-sectional design, focusing on patients undergoing chemotherapy, to identify the specific challenges and strengths in their well-being. The WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, culturally adapted for the Iranian population, measures domains such as physical health, psychological state, level of independence, social relationships, environment, and spirituality. Initial findings suggest that physical symptoms, psychological stressors, and the availability of social support significantly influence patients' overall well-being. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the impacts of breast cancer treatment on patients' quality of life and suggest targeted interventions for improving their overall well-being during and after treatment.
