Abstract

The recent measure for one new status of the academic researches in France was very controversial. Many scientists were identified in this case a real intend to control their activity in three directions: controlling of what is made, controlling the production processes and a control over the production factors. This article is an analysis about this “new public management” who can explain the actual less motivation of the academic scientists.
