Abstract

This article aims to analyze the evolution of the rational actor model, identified as being the dominant model for the local public administration (specifically, Iasi City Hall), based on a research realized in 2013 and 2016, in terms of the actors turn on at this level. The article proposes to identify the dynamics of the indicators operationalised for the actors involved at this level, in order to determine whether there are similarities, or differences, which may or may not result in the modification of the general rational actor model.
