TOWARDS A COMMON EU POLICY ON MIGRATION

This study aims at analyzing the evolution of the debate concerning the phenomenon of migration, the provisions contained in the European Union treaties, as well as the new challenges incurred by this phenomenon in the context of the effects of globalization and of the specific policies adopted at the level of states such as France or Germany. To conclude, we emphasized the fact that we need to make sustained efforts in order to integrate migrants, even more so as there are significant differences between national systems with regard to their migration policy.
