We publish original articles in all areas of philosophy, regardless of philosophical affiliation. We only publish articles that have not been published before. Republication of an already published article is possible only in exceptional cases. We also publish translations from classical or contemporary authors, but this cannot exceed 10% of the total number of texts in each issue. We also publish book reviews and philosophy conference notes. Debates and academic polemics are also welcome.
Texts can be written in English, French, German and Romanian. Texts written in a foreign language will have priority. The length of texts submitted for publication should be: 3,000-7,000 words for articles, and 1,000-2,000 words for reviews.
Any opinions expressed in the articles belong to the authors and do not represent the point of view of the publishers, editors, or members of the editorial board.
The journal is distributed internationally, amongst various university libraries from all over the world. The journal is available free of charge in its electronic format on Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences’ website: http://anale.fssp.uaic.ro/?publicatie=philosophy. Authors will receive a hard copy and/or 5 excerpts.
All rights remain with the authors. Authors retain the right to republish their articles, in original or in a changed form, with a note about the fact that they were first published in our journal.
Peer Review Process
Seria Filosofie), Bd. Carol I, nr. 11, 700506 Iasi, România.
